Industrial Transformation ASIA-PACIFIC (ITAP) held at Singapore Expo, 16th Oct to 18th Oct 2018, brought together stakeholders and audience group from every point in the industrial value chain through the network synergies.
ITAP, organised by Deutsche Messe and SingEx, is supported by various government agencies, industry supports, partners, sponsors and supporting organisations.
Industry 4.0 Learning Journey
The experience at ITAP started off with the Industry 4.0 Learning Journey near the entrance where the visitors can discover at their own pace. Visitors will learn about the Industrial Revolution over the years, such as the global trend, what are the impact on manufacturers and society as well as the inventions.
Different phase of Industrial Revolution:
- Industry 1.0 – 1700 to mid-1800s
- Industry 2.0 – Late 1800s to early 1900s
- Industry 3.0 – 1980s onwards
- Industry 4.0 – Today
